Beautiful princess Aneta does not want to get married - and definitely not to clumsy Prince Jeroným from the country next door, to whom she was betrothed as a child in exchange for the kingdom's military protection. Kind King Leopold wants to save his daughter from this unwanted match, but he cannot break his promise, since cancelling the marriage would equal a declaration of war. And so he thinks up a cunning plan: he spreads the rumour that Lucifer himself is seeking Aneta's hand, hoping that this will cause the cowardly Jeroným to call off the wedding. However, Leopold does not expect to raise the wrath not only of the ruler of hell but his jealous fiancée.
